El lujoso apartamento dúplex del 3er piso en el centro de Ericeira es una de las mejores opciones si busca un hogar confortable en el centro de la ciudad. El apartamento está cerca de varias playas ("Pescadores" - playa de los pescadores, "Sul" - playa del sur y "Norte" - playa del norte), todas a un corto paseo. Las tiendas de comestibles, el mercado municipal, los restaurantes, las cafeterías, los bares y las discotecas están literalmente a la vuelta de la esquina.

Este elegante y espacioso apartamento de dos plantas con 3 habitaciones está situado en pleno centro de Ericeira y fue completamente renovado en la primavera de 2014. En el nivel inferior, la gran sala de estar conduce a una cocina de espacio abierto con zona de comedor. Ambos están conectados a la gran terraza con vistas al mar que da a los tejados del centro histórico de Ericeira e invita a pasar momentos acogedores. Una gran sombrilla desplegable cubre la mesa exterior, una ducha exterior y una estación de barbacoa completan la hermosa terraza. También en el nivel inferior hay 2 habitaciones (una tiene una cama doble con una cama extraíble para una tercera persona y la otra tiene dos camas individuales y una cama doble tipo loft). Ambas habitaciones dan a una pequeña terraza, equipada con muebles de exterior. Un gran cuarto de baño da servicio a ambas habitaciones. Al nivel superior se accede desde el salón por una sólida escalera de madera. Tiene la habitación principal (cama doble) con vistas al mar y un baño privado.

"Casa do Telhado is a really comfortable 3rd floor apartment, with lovely views from the very spacious sun terrace. It catered comfortably for our group of 7 adults. It is located within a minute of the Old Town centre & a few minutes stroll to Fisherman's Beach.....perfect!"

"We loved this apartment, the location is fantastic, is right in the centre of the town. It is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable. We are a family of five with two teenagers and a smaller one, it was quite spacious for us. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and we will be back to stay again!"

"The only issue with the apartment is parking, which is a problem if you have a car. "

"We very much appreciated the styling and comfort of the apartment, from towels to candles. The roofterrace with sunscreen, BBQ and beautiful view was excellent. Inside we appreciated very much the couch and the luxurious kitchen and bathrooms."

"the kitchen equipment could be upgraded a little, with for example wineglasses etc. the two single beds in the 4p sleeping room make too much noise when turning around. furthermore some extra light in the living room would be nice. but overall we appreciated the apartment and the excellent service of Herwig very much."
